So, it is freakin cold here. I mean, I like cold weather, but this is not fun. I have my limits, and -25C is mine. Next week should be only -20C, which I can deal with.
So, my car wouldn't start last weekend.
I had my Dad come have a look at it but all he did was break it more. He busted the handle that releases the hood and then he couldn't get the protective cover off the battery and there as some cracking that didn't sound good. Anyways, Sam is fixed and I should be picking her up tomorrow.
I haven't started my Christmas shopping. Mainly due to coldness and lack of vehicle. I should go Sunday to the mall and find some stuff.
Emotionally, well I am kind of miffed about a social situation at work. I think what it comes down to is that I don't bond with people well enough. Oh, I am a nice guy, I am funny, well to most people. The thing is I am not liked enough to be included in on things. I try to get involved, asking people what the plan is for the weekend, or if anything is going down, but it seems like I am told nothing. I know it is not their fault for not including me, they can form their own clique if they want. I still feel bad about the situation though. I have hung out with these guys a couple of times, and I thought my company was welcomed, but I could totally be wrong about it. I don't think I am going to try to hang out with these guys anymore, I have extended my hand in friendship just to have it ignored one too many times. I guess that just fits into my style. I am an outsider, I am a lone wolf.

people tend to steer away from things they don't understand... seems to me your co-workers don't get you and that's a shame and i vote for moving on and finding better buds.
