Thursday:
Work, Grocery, Tea. Some new faces showed up. And unlike last time someone showed up and didn't see me, I stopped them before they left or sat down somewhere else. Talked about video games of the majority of the night.

Friday:
Work. So I get home at 7:00 PM and my grandfather gives me a call. His printer is not working. So I ask what he did in the recent history, he tells me he was playing with the system getting rid of files he didn't "need". Well, I think that he is just missing some drivers. So I ask him if he has the software disk that came with the printer and all he has is the Macitosh disk, which is unfortuate because he is on Windows. I then instruct him how to the printer's maker's website, download the driver installer, and install it. All with out seeing anything on his end or even having the operating system on my end.

Saturday:
Work. I found out something very important this day. The parking lots downtown don't take coins or bills anymore, they only accept credit cards. This kind of pissed me off. I was all like, "Oh, I am going to park in the lot next to my building. It only costs $2 to park for the day. I can pay with a toonie" The lot meter was all like, "Oh no you aren't. I only accept credit cards foo'." I went to another lot and the same thing. I wound up parking across the river, but it is only a 15 minute walk to work and the parking is free.
Not that I am against spending the $2 bucks, it is using my credit card that I have a problem with. I only use that when I absolutely, positively need to use it. Like buy flights, or paying for SG memberships. Other than that, the card it totally off limits for use. I would rather use cash or debit.
So, while I was walking to work, I noticed a gaggle of people running on the bike paths along the river. I guess it must have been some run for some charity. Some of them were dressed up in elf customs or had antliers on. I have to give a hand to the volunteers that I saw. They were just standing there directing the runners on where to go, in the cold, and not running to keep warm.
Then worked for the afternoon, went home. Played some FFXII...

Played some more video games. Then I went to my 'rent's home and played some card games with my 'rents, brother and grandfather. Had some cinnamin buns. Then steak for dinner.
