Alright, it has been a week since my last post, and as promised, I am going to update today.

Here is the rundown of what happened (oh and if you want skip on down to Saturday):

Sunday:

Relaxing on the couch. biggrin

Monday:

Had lunch with zenFish. Had some A&W burgers... so goooood. biggrin Had a good conversation. Awesome lunch.

Tuesday:

I think it was tuesday.

Wednesday:

It was a tuesday.

Thursday:

Tea with the dark kids. Well, for most of the night, I was at tea reading. I was behind in my readings for this month anyways. The dark kids actually went to a poetry reading. I got some good reading done in the mean time.

Friday:

I cut out of work early. I was bored and didn't want to start doing a new task Friday afternoon. Thank you for banked time. biggrin I get home and notice that a spider has built a web in my door way. If I was two inches taller I would totally have hit my head on it.

EDIT: I went with zenFish to see Crank. AWESOME MOVIE! Go see it. biggrin

*BOOM* Saturday:

Well, the day started off with me realizing that I needed to get food at some point this week, and I took a look at my week. Looks like I need food. So I get up and go to the grocery store. Get the food and come home. I then spend the rest of the day playing video games. HAHAHAHA!

That night AWEN threw a party. I had enjoyed her previous two parties, and I would get so see some of the dark kids.

Anyways, I get to the party at my usualy, when the doors open, and I see a couple of people that I have met. We get to talking and the conversation turns to bacon. And how anything wrapped in bacon is better, well execpt maybe raw bacon. But if you wrap raw bacon with bacon, they cancel out and it equals nothing. Then one of the female attendents makes a comment on vomitting. She says, "I don't like it. Vomit makes me want to vomit. I don't like the site of it, the smell of it or listening to it."

After some others start to arrive and the playing of some Saturday morning cartoons themes in punk style have been played (I so need that CD. biggrin), I took up residence in a chair in the living room. Like always, I sit back and watch others interact. It is what I do. Unfortunately, there wasn't that much interaction where I was sitting. So, I did some thinking and just listened to the music. Heck there was one point when I was the only one in the room. biggrin That is the way I am, I sit back and watch... for now.

I had a unusualy conversation with a guy about circit bending and experimental music. He was interested in what I computer programmer could do if they got a hold of some of the tools to produce the music. I don't know if I want to do that. I am not a musician, I am way to logical for that crap.

There were some old faces and then there was some faces I have seen at tea and then there were faces I saw from SG. char1es, joyfuldemise and Char1es' wife all showed up. I haven't seen them for some time. It was good to see some unexpected people show up. I also got to meet Atrasties. He was one cool cat, it was a pleasure to meet the guy.

So, I think I got hit on too. I was sitting in my chair when a girl kind of asked me to sit next to her. I thought she didn't want to shout at me, so I moved over. We exchange name and shake hands. She tells me my hands are really soft, softer than hers and that I should be proud of that. She then goes on to tell me that she wants to get into my pants in 6 different lagnuages. I thought that was a nice piece of knowledge to have.

My first gut reaction was, I don't trust her. Then I got to thinking, I really don't trust any woman. I think I am totally fucked (no pun intended) when it comes to dating. Because, I will never trust a person that gives me compliments like that, and I don't like people who are going to treat me like shit, and I don't trust people until I become friends with them, and with women that is already too late.

But, I think I might have jumped ahead in the story...

After about four hours of being at the party, AWEN and another guest bring in a girl that was litterally out of it. Apparently she might have had too much to drink. They put her in a chair and well... she was gone. She was looking up at the ceiling, pointed and started laughing.... eeek Okay, she is hosed. Then AWEN and the other guest are sitting there trying to make sure that girl is okay. AWEN had other things she had to attend to, being that awesome host and all. The other guest just starts helling at her, telling her to get up and let all the poison out of her system. I think he was trying to sober her up the hard way, by totally yelling at her. And she puked, into a large bowl that AWEN brought over. Then the bowl spilled and now AWEN needs a new rug. tongue

After about 10 minutes of this guest trying to sober her up by yelling, AWEN pulls him off and tells him to go away. I have was sitting her watching her from when she got brought in. That is when I took over. The girl started puking like every ten minute or so. I held on to her while she was vomiting. Making sure she was not getting it all over the place, because AWEN has some really cool stuff. biggrin

So I sat there taking care of this girl. Making sure she was okay.... There were time when she was puking that I wanted to hurl too. But I didn't. I stayed strong. Part of me wanted to walk away and go puke myself, cause the smell was getting to me. But I didn't.

The strange part is, I didn't even know the girl. Beside being introduced to her when she arrived, I did not even see 30 seconds of her before she was dragged into the living room by AWEN.

AWEN at one point asked me why I was doing this, looking after her like this. I had some time to think about it and here are the reasons why I was doing this:

1, I would like to say that AWEN is my friend, she is a person I can trust. I want to make sure that she could enjoy herself at her own party and be a great hostest. There were other guests there that needed her attention.

2. I would like to think if I was in the some kind of simular condition that there would be someone there watching over me. It is a karma thing. Because besides for AWEN and couple of other guests, no one really cared about this girl. They wanted would come by and ask if she was going to be okay, but that is about it.

3. The human in side of me wanted to make sure that this girl was going to be okay. I care about the human race. There are some people out there that say that they hate people, that there is too many stupid people. Well, I say that the human race is filled with great people, they just need help from time to time. This is one of those times where I could help out.

4. This is something that I have been wondering about for a while. My family, when they get together with people, it might be complete strangers or close friends, but regardless of who you are, in social situation, you are family. It might only be of that one night, it might be for the rest of your life time, but you are considered family. This is one of the skills that I did not know if I could pick up from my parents. But last night I think I have picked it up. I took care of a person I didn't even know as if she were my flesh and blood. I am going to start treating people in a social situation like they are family more often. So if you are ever in a social situation with me, you are going to be my brother, my sister, my cousin, my anut, my uncle, my grandparent, my... well you get the picture, you are going to be considered family. If you need some thing that night, you got it.

All in all, it was a very growing night. I learned alot about myself; I am totally screwed with women and that I am going to treat people like family.

Oh and my desicion on my birthday plans: ???

Have a great day readers! biggrin

First of all, my Manager in is alway droning on about how bacon wrapped bacon is the greatest idea since sliced bread.

Continuing on to more serious and meaningful subjects. Congratulations on taking care of a drunken stranger. It doesn't surprise me much, you're a good person.

I think I would be more inclined to help a drunken stranger as opposed to one of my drunken friends. Possibly because when a stranger does something stupid and hurts him/herself, there is a certain level of gravity to the situation. But when a friend (more specifucally, one of my friends) gets drunk and stupid, it's more fun to stand back and laugh whilst they hurt themselves over and over and over again tongue

They of course return the favour when the shoe is on the other foot.

In other news I got gunned with some mexican guys yesterday; then got a motorboat ride from a set of the finest breasts I've seen in awhile. I then proceded to drink heavily and chase mice. After which I somehow ended up at the ski hill. Then I wound up at a bar. Then I broke up a fight and had my inner thigh signed by an attractive stranger. The night ended for me up in a hotel room at the hotel across the courtyard from the Delta. It's a disjointed story, but I woke up with a hangover, a body full of permanent marker, and possibly a girlfriend... so go figure biggrin

See ya Til.... oh ya and P.S. I'm also not surprised that some girl sat by you and started hitting on you, you're an attractive fellow, bout time you started realizing it smile
