i have social anxiety issues topped with self esteem issues, i am constantly bouncing in and out of depressive states. Believe it or not, when i am in large groups of people is when it often affects me the most, my mind starts to run at the speed of light and i can't shut it down, it's not uncommon for me to have an anxiety attack after dealing with large groups of people, even in a social setting.
Ex-sex doesn't always work. I start missing the intimacy for a bit, then i start remembering how much effort a relationship takes and i usually move past that depressive feeling. *shrugs* who knows?
