So this week or last week into the week was good but stressful.Seem like the only way that I can describe it iny head is that chip, that held alot back, is off my shoulder.Yesterday however was a big lift off my stress.

from your photos it looks like you've been having a blast. i read over your past journals and congrats on losing so much weight. plus keeping up with working out. where do you go?

i tried going to a gym but it made me really uncomfortable. so i'm just doing some push-ups and working on my mom's bowflex treadclimber. i lost 15 lbs and had some killer arm muscles just from push-ups...but then i went and decided to have a baby. which is great but i gained twenty pounds more than i lost. so i'm back to square one. hopefully, it will be as easy as it was to lose it before. i've already lost 16lbs since he came out 6wks ago and my dr just now gave me the go ahead to work out this week. so i'm keeping my fingers crossed i can be back in shape to do a new set by january.

Well, see here's the problem. I live three and a half hours from Columbus now. I moved to Kentucky for school. I won't be at Havana for Halloween because that's parents weekend down here. My grandparents and my mom are coming down that weekend.
