In the middle of another great weekend with the special someone. Have to work today then its off to her place. Food, fun and Walking Dead. Can;t wait for the events to begin.

This has been one very great weekend. Great food and company. Couldn't ask for more.

It's time again to change up my training. easing on the heavy weights and more on cardio and stmina. Never had a big problem there but I may have to start early morning boot camps to get a better outdoor feel for it.

So i'm signing up for the Tough Mudder course. Seeing as its only 10mins from my house how could I not.

Seems it's becoming another warm winter. Not complaining.Not big on snow or cold. Then there's Christmas.

Trying to be in the spirit or even in a positive state of mind these days. lots of work and even more B.S drama seems to be brewing. Chalk it up to whatever happens happens I guess.
