How much does it suck to live one floor above the landlord? I can't have on loud music or have a party or make too much noise.I feel like I have to walk on eggshells.Then out of left field, he gives me the fantastic news that he's moving to florida! He moved his stuff out already and he introduced me to the guy who'll be collecting the rent. I think I'm having a new year's party!!!!!!!!
