okay, so i suppose i'm over the mj thing. it was just such a shock. now i can be over the grief, and be happy for him and have so much fun whenever i hear his songs....
sooo... guess what i got?... a job!!! i went in for my first interview in forever yesterday and got hired right away. pretty cool. it's at a cute, delicious mexican place in topanga canyon right by malibu called abuelita's. kinda far from where i reside now, but whatever. its also very part time, seeing as i am just getting a couple of shifts a week. i'm basically a fill in for hosting and waiting. i can't complain, really, and plus it gives me more time to work on the real passions. time to go on castings and such...
more good news... my cousin does commercials, and has been for years. (you may have seen him in the horribly cheesy enterprise rent-a-car commercial as of late. he's the annoying son in the backseat. if you know what i'm talking about you watch too much t.v. haha!) well, anyway, he is going to take me to his commercial agent later this week, and basically make them represent me. sweet, huh? so that is a start on that, and commercials pay pretty well.
on thursday, i believe, i will be shooting another set for sg. i'm excited about it. i think it's gonna be really cool. i feel kinda dumb even taking the time to do more for this when they haven't even made me a suicide girl yet, not gonna lie. i kinda wonder a little bit why i even try this site because it seems like most people on here are all about thinking highly unattractive white girls are all the rage. trying to go for a market that is more about girls like me, but i enjoy it and have fun, and maybe, whoever these people are, they will notice that. i hope it turns out great and you guys will like it.
