I've trapped a nerve in my shoulder again. My entire neck and shoulder has swolen up, my right collar bone can't even be seen through the swelling and every time I turn my head it feels like all the muscles, nerves and everything else along the edge of my shoulder blade are being ripped out. So this is great fun. Got an appointment at 5.40 with the osteopath.

Spent tuesday decorating the spare room ready for zombieprincess to move in. Instead of bright green its now white with the chimney brest dark red. I need to do all the woodwork still but I can't bacause of this shoulder.
