The smoking ban has come in over here now.
So muggins here has decided it's a good time to seriously reduce the fag intake. My housemate is trying to quit so I said I'd only smoke outside or in my room to make it easier for her. Thing is, as she's not smoking, I don't seem to think about it as much. Well, I am now!
I had 6 yesterday and 3 so far today (I've been up since 5.30). For a 20 a day smoker I think I'm doing really well.
I'm trying to keep in mind that 20 a day adds up to 35 or 150 a month or 1825 a year. Which would pay off my debts a lot quicker!
Yep, the money is being the biggest motivator at the moment.
I aim to be quit compleately by August bank holiday. So seven weeks. Wish me luck! I'm going to need it.
