Geez... i'm updating a lot...
Well, today was pretty cool, actually. Got to talk to Kirsten for a little while when she came in to eat, and that was pleasant. I also got a chance to practice my Japanese on a couple of customers today. Guess i didn't flub too bad because they were very happy to not have to use too much english, and they wished me luck in my studies.
But the really cool thing about today was that i got to meet Zui! Was totally random too, which was made it so cool. She was shopping for pants and came into the cafe following her friend (boyfriend?) as he went to the bathroom. I greeted her like any other customer and she remarked that one of the chefs in the back was staring at her REALLY hard. And he WAS leering as he usually does when a hot girl comes in. So she stepped out of his view and i couldn't shake the urge to ask "By any chance are you on SG?" And she was like "Yeah!" and i was like "Cool!" Intro'd myself and we chatted a little bit about the events, and about Boygeorgeismymom.
Then her dude came out, we chatted a little longer and she took off to go shop some more. Was just one of those really cool coincidences that i'm glad i took advantage of.
Btw, i've decided to change my "fave SG's" to "Fave SG's i've met and talked to in person." Less fanboyish, more personal, and frankly, i think it just matches my personality better.
Oh, and i'll be putting up a new SB set soon, so be on the lookout for a new linking icon in the near future!

thanks..i think you're right...i wrote her a letter after i hung up with her...telling her how i really felt about it all...but then i thought i'm not even going to send it or give her any more fuel...especially anything in writing.
