Anybody in the DC/NoVA metro area want a roommate? Cuz i'm getting the fuck out of this house i live in. My landlord doesn't fix ANYTHING, and he's trying to "finish the basement" in an attenpt to raise the rent, when there's no way anyone's going to move into it since it floods EVERYTIME IT RAINS!!! Oh yeah and the dryer's broken, not coincidentally while these people are working on the basement. *kill*
