So, i got off my butt and trained today. Gotta say it felt pretty durn good!
It did let me know just how out of shape i really am, though. I actually fell on my ass praticing my kicking, and that hasn't happened since 1998. Bad, bad, bad. But then, better to fall on my ass practicing instead of during a confrontation.
I'm definitely going to have to keep this up. I really want to get back to where i was before. And i know i can. I just have to keep going, no matter what.
Something i kinda forgot about training... it makes you HELLA hungry! I already ate dinner, but i'm hungry again already. Might have to head out for some carbs (cuz atkins is bull-puckey).
