Also, this whole bailout thing is just the biggest clusterfuck ever.

Don't give money to the banks, you moron. Give the money to us, the regular people, so we can pay our bills and not be in debt. All the money ends up going to the banks anyway. I just did the math on this: if every taxpayer received 2500 dollars, the total amount of the TARP money, the first half of which has been notably squandered, would pay the ENTIRE POPULATION OF THE UNITED STATES. Every taxpayer would be covered and there would be change left over.

Also, and re-institute the regulation that was in place before dubya came along and fucked everything up.

And finally, end the Iraq war. You want to put money back into the economy, there's a multi-billion dollar a month sinkhole you can plug up.

This SEEMS simple. How do these people who work for us NOT get that?
