ZOMG! An update!!!
I am currently in Syracuse NY with Cairo visiting my family for Thanksgiving. She's going to be meeting the majority of my family for the first time and i'm sure that it will be... educational. ^_^
My mom decided to be REALLY cool and put us up in a hotel for the entire weekend. We have a king sized bed in a comfortable room on the north side of town. Sa-weet, i gotta say. I'm glad we didn't go with the original plan of staying with relatives in a guest room, because we like our privacy. And we like to make noise.
Aaaaand, the hotel has free wi-fi.
In other news, i'm looking for a new job (her dad is helping me out with that). School is going to have to be put off so i can take care of old debts and save money; my credit isn't so good and i couldn't get approved for enough of a loan so doing those things will help, if for no other reason than the fact that i'll have less bills to pay and i'll have money saved up so that when i go for it again, if i STILL can't get anymore money, then i'll have the backup fundage available to pay for what i'll need to out-of-pocket (that was one LONG-ass sentence, now that i'm re-reading it). We'll see just how long i have to save up, but we've budgeted for the next two years. Hopefully i'll be able to do things sooner than that.

I have Comcast too but I never had to deal with that shit because the deal I got when moving in was free installation. And anyway, even if I wasn't, I'd just play it like one computer was being connected, and then after they left I would hook up my router, because unless they're giving me one modem per computer, it's none of their business how many computers I have.
