Can i just brag on my girl for a minute? Ok, good.

So, Cairo is the most amazing girlfriend. Seriously. For my birthday she actually found the original 1982 Marvel Comic adapation of The Dark Crystal for me! I'd lost the one i'd gotten at age 7 when i turned 12 or so, and i was really upset about it. I mentioned this to her in passing when i saw that she had the dvd, and she REMEMBERED (big thing there) and actually FOUND the thing (huge)! I about flipped out when she gave it to me.

There hasn't been a single topic of conversation thus far that has been taboo. That, for me, is a very big thing, because i've always been afraid to be myself or talk about all the things i do and am interested in, because i've always been worried that people would freak out on me. But she's into all the same things, and anything that she's not into, she's not judgemental about in the least. So this is the first relationship in which i can really be myself in every way, and that's awfully refreshing.

Also, she's incredibly smart. Nothing in particular to cite there, just something that struck me as very cool.

And she shows me off to her friends. She's always showing pics from my SB sets to her friends and i gotta say it's pretty damned cool to hear that i'm getting such compliments from lesbians. Also, it's really cool that she takes such pride in me as to show me off.

Oh yeah, and she's HAWT. But you all knew that already and if you didn't, shame on you! And she does such cute things that she doesn't even notice, or at least, she doesn't think they're cute when she does notice, but *I* think they're adorable!

Ok, i'm done bragging for now. This was a little bit overdue, and i'll probably brag more later, but i think i've gushed enough for the time being. Yes, i'm totally smitten.
