my best friend amy was here for all of memorial day weekend, and, as always seems to happen whenever we hang out, life was spicey, surprising and...ahem...eventful.
on friday we dressed as vintage tarts and promoted for a peaches show on sunday in the party van, complete with strobe lights, smoke machine and loud music.
on saturday we met a pirate and he invited us to his house and gave us rum and we played an improv jam session and made up a heavy metal song about leo. we also went to the most magical pagan store 'the sword and the rose', where i've been buying their handmade essential oils and incenses for years and made an appointment to get my astrological chart done.
sunday was the peaches show, and wow did we look HOT, along with lola and bombshellbetty. the show was so much fun...that is, until i went unconscious and fell off the dance platform.
