oooff...ok, sneaking at work here, so not much time...

sorry to have fallen off the planet there, but this weekend was devoted to finishing my autobiography for my grad school application. you wouldn't think it'd be so hard...it's my story after all...but it all feels so multilayered and complex and paradoxical and IMPOSSIBLE to put into 4-6 pages double spaced! i finally figured it out tho....think it'll be fine.

the performances at the burlesque were so. fucking. cute. jeezus...stormy and tegan positively drip with sex. and beer. and chocolate. violet is the cutest thing ever, siren was smokey, SNOW was sinewy sensuality and brandy was BAD ASS.

the crowd was fucking rude at tiimes. so much so that i felt uncomfortable...most burlesque i've seen, the crowd is supportive and cheerful, but this felt like the crowd at a strip club.

the veryveryvery best part was meeting so many of the SF girls! the rest of the country, eat your heart out, cuz we have more beauty than we know what to do with. well...i guess i could think of a few things thora is a beautiful gentle spirit, even with her broken leg , neko and scylla were my pals for the evening, and they are even cuter in person, if that's possible. coco is stunning, totally real, and very inviting (and she has fabulous hair) and lil tuffy totally went out of his way to make sure i felt welcomed. those are the folks i talked with the most...but everyone else was very warm and open.
