So I spent a decently busy, if not just for driving around a lot, weekend with perfect_equation. On Fri. I helped my roommate unload all of our shit into a storage unit which went by surprisingly quickly (2 hours or so) which was a good excuse to show off my slim muscles to the lady whilst moving heavy objects (the beach is *fllllex that'a'way). Sat. was Pricia's 1st day working at Peet's again so I chilled at the house until she returned to when we then proceeded to get a smoothie. Given this new wave of hot weather lately I've become addicted to smoothies. Shakes = out, smoothies = in. Then we did I don't even remember what. Tooled around later that night because it was ridiculously hot out. We hit up a Sav-on to score some Fiji and a fan for her room which was a giant success. Sunday we set out for kitties! We went to this sweet ladies house that had about 14 kittens total I think it was. We picked our fav. two of the bunch and she gave us a little discount ($35 a piece, but got both for 55). Mostly because I think the money wasn't really what was important to her and that she knew the kitties were going to get a good life with us. Things got minorly emotional as she let us go wtih the kittens, and really, who can blame her? A quick stop at Petco and it was back home. We knew we wanted Star Wars names, but it took a bit of pondering to check their personalities out. We went with Jacen & Jiana, a more obscure SW:EU refrence to Han and Leia's twin children. I'uno. It's still up in the air. Anyways, pics of the kittens are sure to come soon, so be on the lookout!
