i think i passed the final "test", if you will.
he has a son too, but we've never really hung out when he has him. (he has joint custody so there's a schedule etc) well he had him yesterday for his birthday, and called me after work to see if i wanted to hang out. so i took anthony over and we were there for about 3 hours. his son was shy at first, but warmed up me pretty quickly (I'm good with kids) he chatted me up about minecraft (the kid knows everything about it. he's FIVE.) and we had a joint effort to beat up his dad haha. it was cute.
when i went home i texted the boy "so did i pass?" and apparently i did.
made me feel all warm and fuzzy haha





they do though.

i feel like i can take on the world at this point.
