Well, I guess it's time for an update.
On Monday, January 2, 2005, my grandpap passed away.
John Love Drummond died of a massive heart attack at Westmoreland Regional Hospital, approx. 1:45 p.m.
Grandpap was admitted to Latrobe Area Hospital on Monday, December 20, 2004. He was then moved to Greensburg Care Center on Sunday, January 1, 2005.
At approx. 1:15 p.m., his breathing stopped and his heart quit. The nurses could not revive him, so they rushed him to the hospital but he did not survive.
The viewing will be held at P. David Newhouse Funeral Home in New Alexandria on Wednesday, January 5, 2005, from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, January 6, 2005, from 9 to 11 a.m. A service will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Thursday. The funeral site is Union Cemetary in New Alexandria, Pa.
