Everything Changes

In an act of true impulsiveness, the girl from my previous entry flew up last Monday and left today. We've known each other quite a few years and have gotten very close the last several months, yet it still amazed me just how well we clicked. No one has fit so perfectly against me at night, nor engendered such a feeling of closeness by day. Needless to say, that drive to and from the airport today sucked.

I call her the ebola of my life because she's liquefied my heart, and she loves it.

She and I are both breaking our own rules doing this, but our connection is amazingly solid. She finishes school in September (video game art and design -- very cool) and will look for work up here, perhaps with Red Storm if she's lucky. I'll hopefully be in school and have 10 months left til my RN, if I get into UNC-Chapel Hill, which I'll find out within the next couple weeks. We'll move in together up here, or I'll follow her when I'm done. Whatever.

We have a Plan, and that's all there is to it. I can feel my brain chemistry changing, and it is awesome. Here she is...
