New Years
Good times, though other guests' kids were high speed, non-stop noise machines until the ball dropped. Consequently, I spent most of my time with a few others in the designated quiet room, enjoying wine, champagne, and whatever else they poured into my glass.

School
My three instructors are all younger than I am. This just shouldn't be.
Dr. Matera I've had before. I'm taking hybrid Microbiology with her, meaning the lecture is all online powerpoints. Oddly, reading online powerpoints is just like going to her actual lectures. Lab meets twice a week, which really blows. Dr. Gretel Guest (what a great name) will be good. Stern as she has to be, but otherwise friendly and not overbearing. Ms. (Dr?) Thurmond kinda reminds me of Rudy Giuliani -- same mad, crazy eyes. She has a smile that says, "I really enjoy tossing students into the meatgrinder." She and Gretel are kinda hot...
The schedule sucks, given that I also work. Thursdays will be the worse: work from 8:30 til 2:30, off to school and home around 10:30. No class Friday, at least. Not enough hours in the day.
My dreams are vivid as hell right now and all over the place thematically. Sci-fi, school, women, sci-fi women at school... This morning I spat as part of my dream and woke up, actually spitting.
