well, i had a profile here quite a while ago and sorta lost track of it, so i'm a quasi-newbie.

mood is good
work is good
weather is surprisingly good

i got up at 5:30am this morning and did the rowing machine. the last time i was up at 5:30 was after a long night of partying and well, i was on my way to bed. time to turn things around. it's the new year. new... approaches. mind, body, spirit...

anyway, back to work
