Can you imagine a scene where a troubled young athiest begs for God to appear to him in his bedroom late one night? He's at the end of his rope, he wants to believe, and he's giving God one last chance before he ends it all...

And God does appear, in the form of a young woman. And then...Ganesh, the Hindu god, also appears...also in the form of a woman. He didn't specify *which* god, you see, so there's been a slight mixup. And the guy is surprised that both these gods are women, but they tell him that gender doesn't matter, they're both male and female and take whatever form they desire. And the two gods begin to bicker amongst themselves at which one is more qualified to do the job. This depresses the young man further, seeing as that not even two gods can get along enough to help him, until Ganesh informs him that he doesn't really *need* either of them for guidance, "the truth is within you, you *are* a god yourself!" This makes the guy feel better., and pisses off the Christian god..."You tell enough people that and we'll be out of work!"

This is my mid-term scene in my drama class in a nutshell. I wrote it with the two other people I'm going to be doing it with...heh, it's a bit twisted, we poke some fun at suicide and religion. But hopefully it will be funny to the class.....we'll see...

anyway, I'm pretty beat tonight & must collapse soon...good night, or good morning, depending on when you read this.
