now, don't get me wrong- i loved 'steal my sunshine,' too. it's was such a cute, happy-go-lucky song, and the video looked so warm and happy and sunshiney. plus, they sampled 'more, more, more,' one of my favorite disco songs.

you really should listen to the rest of the album, especially since one of the songs, 'junebug' reminds me a little of stereolab. just a LITTLE- i'm not comparing the two, but perhaps the song was inspired by that same type of dreamy euro-pop...it also reminds me a little of kittycraft. the first song i heard by them was 'cryptic souls crew,' and old school hip-hop stylee song, which i love.

so, dust it off and take a listen, only this time 'clean out your ears and open your eyes'- a line from 'cryptic souls crew,' but it was also taken from the song 'jam on it, ' by newcleus.

i wish they were my own words man.... thats a song from pushmonkey called "cut the cord".... one that i didnt really like at first but has grown on me... yeah go palanhiuk or however you spell it... im too lazy to go grab my copy of fight club and check....
