And were back
All and all it was a good break once I calmed down anyway. My parents are truly great people though they seem to be turning into Morty and Helen Seinfeld, with occasional spikes into Frank and Estelle Costanza territory.
Anyway, it was a lot of eating, reading and writing. In other words, a whole lot of time spent on my ass. I feel like Ive gained about 15 pounds. Must get ass into gym today Well see. I disobeyed my own orders and did some work reading. But I figured that in the long run, Id be significantly happier with a smaller reading pile once back at work. And I am.
I finally saw The Omega Man. I cant believe it took me this long; I guess its just one of those flicks that fell through the cracks. For all of its early seventies cheese, its a hell of a movie but whats with Chuck doing all the apocalyptic flicks? Planet of the Apes, Soylent Green Cats and Dogs?
I did manage to pop over to Disneyland for a bit, which was very good. I mulled around mostly, but just being there always kick starts my creativity. It was a little weird as it was the first time back since the breakup, but Im just glad the experience isnt ruined. That would suck.
And I started work on the next idea Yep, jumpin right back on that sick, sadistic horse I call JoJo the Evil Writing Horse Actually, no, Ive never called it that But hey, what else am I gonna do with myself, right? Anyway, its not like I can just stop writing. Its not a faucet that I can just turn off. The same goes for any creative challenge, really.
Theres irony in that: you go through periods when no ideas come; maybe you even think that the well has run dry. But then on the other hand, in those times when you get frustrated and say youre done with it, youre suddenly bombarded with ideas.
OK, back to work

So what if Club 33 sells acohol, that's why they made Downtown Disney, plus they have the $6 Margarita stand at the California Adventure Park.
I've never heard of "Walt's Willy", do tell.
