Anyone else sick of listening to the continual whine about television content, the FCC, Janet Jacksons shriveled teat and some dumb slut from Desperate Housewives?

Yeah, me too.

Heres a novel idea: how about all TV goes pay? I mean, theres nothing in the Constitution that guarantees a right to television. Make the dumbass populace pay for even basic TV it could be as little as five cents but just put the burden of responsibility squarely on the consumer. Thatll be the end of it. And just think how many tax dollars could be saved after stripping down the FCC bureaucracy.

I understand that Joe Six-Pack may not want Little-Sixer to see a tit when all they wanted to do is watch a football game, but at the same time I DONT CARE. And I certainly dont want a bunch of dipshits in D.C. wasting my money debating the legality.

And the same with radio. It should not have taken us this long to develop the technology to finally get a clear signal via satellites. Frankly, Id say that its the fault of radio being free that inhibited its development. And Im sick of listening to Howard Stern and his fucking martyr complex. Hes an idiot. Ill defend his right to be such until my last breath, but Im sick of hearing him rant about how hes being persecuted. Id like to show him real persecution.

Anyway, its not like television or radio serves any necessary purpose now. If youre still getting your news there, Ive got a breaking story for ya: it aint news, its entertainment. Try reading. Its only painful at first. Your brain will adjust in time and you may even start thinking for yourself.

So yeah, as you may have guessed, Im still on edge. And as I have no means of getting laid and drinking on the job is a no-no, I must bitch about something anything.

Well some nice high school girls did try to get my attention as I went through a drive-thru at lunch Sad when your best prospects would land you in jail. Maybe its all a matter of perception, not to mention the difference between Nebraska and L.A., but girls were not that overt when I was in high school

I weep for the future

And why is it that pleasant dreams are the most fleeting? You may wake up with a smile, but the reason is already forgotten. But when you dream about your fondest, most faraway wish, a lost love, whatever you inevitably wake up with the dream permanently imbedded in your psyche and you have to go the whole day, your whole life, wishing that the dream was real Or at the very least, wishing you could just go back to sleep.

I'm an on and off again Howard fan and I agree that his whining has become tiresome but he seemed willing to accept fines (some fines coming in years after the airing) if others were held to the same standards. You may have heard about Oprah's reprocussion free "rainbow party" episode, oh the hypocrisy.

I already have Sirius so I'll check him out.

Yeah, who isn't sick of Miss Jackson et al...
But please keep those Herbal Essence commercials coming...
mmmmmmm ooooooOOOOOO YESSS YESSS YESSSSS !!!
