So California just declared secondhand smoke a pollutant, putting it in the same category as diesel fumes and arsenic... Gee, I can’t wait to see how the bureaucratic fucknuts in Sacramento use that as an excuse to further overstep their authority and meddle in people’s lives.

smoke of any sort is a pollutant, why would secondhand smoke be worse than firsthand smoke? Smokers just don't band together for their rights, so they will be oppressed by lawmakers.
