yesterday: a handful of unsulphered dry mangos, a huge salad with mixed greens, baby cucumbers, red onions and sesame seeds, a bowl of congee with a handful of cilantro on top, an unripe nectarine, two quesadillas with non-cheese and salsa, a couple of baked doritos, sticky rice wrapped in a giant piece of nori.
this boy left a note on my bicycle. he wants to use it in a film he's making and he will pay me money. j'adore ma bicyclette. i am trying to decide what to spend his cold hard cash on...a much-needed coverup tattoo? a greyhound ticket outta here for a while? a baby silkscreen machine? all the sushi i can stuff in my mouth?

i went away several times this summer but it didn't satisfy me. i am going to fix up my bike, though, and take you up on your idea. i'm going to ride through the bad part of town and take some photos of the buildings and the river valley!
