Went to a friend's last night and a bunch of us cooked on the grill, I mixed a few drinks and then we tried to play a variety of games (Drunk Jenga, Scatagories, and pulled out the Pictionary board but put it right back) Most of the games ended in drunken arguments (not mean one's, just fiesty) But I guess the highlight was when everyone had to name and perform a sexual act on a cardboard life-size The Rock. Yes it was disturbing.
Then the night before I went out with someone I haven't gone out with before and had a really good time! Lately things have been a bummer on the whole dating thing so it was really nice to go out and just have fun! So I guess the next step would be for me to call and ask her if she would want to go out next weekend. It sounds easy but I always get nervous because I'm wondering "what am I going to ask her to do? Do I do dinner again, think of something else to do, what if she doesn't like where we go? What if I clam up the second time around?" It's rough being a guy. We get all stressed out about the simple things when we're trying to impress someone. But I guess I should calm down and just stop over-thinking and call. So I will.

I'm glad to hear that your date went well. You know, I'm not one to give advice on dating, but if it were up to me, I'd stop freaking out about messing up and just go out and have some fun with the girl. If you happen to "clam up", order a margarita...or three. Kidding.
