There are several time periods youth sort of memories most children have or I guess an adult that remembers things when they were a child. High school well that is one that had come back my 25 year reunion was recent like last weekend. I was not able to attend timing was bad. A lot of work and little time to clear the event plus the event itself was lack luster a happy hour in North County and a BBQ at a classmates house Sunday afternoon. Not worth throwing 3k for the trip.
All and all good memories can't complain life is a lot of work but in general good to me. I do reflect back and do consider most events. My brother was here 2 weeks before and he was only able to spend an hour he was anxious to get home to cut his vacation short. I had not seen him in 6 years so far it will be another 6 years to spend an hour. So far not optimistic of the situation we shared the same parent but life has taken us on opposite directions. He was able to have 4 kids and a wife the mini van the whole deal. Earlier in life I would have been the one with that sort of designs on life. The one thing is life never goes to plan or to expectation.
So far based on it I am still pretty far away from what I had my designs on from an early age. I wish I could tell you planned versus un-planned but think very simplistically and go at a day by day pace. A lot of accomplishments can be made day by day. In reflection of it all I could not dream of the possibilities and being open minded to more possibilities. :)
