well, it looks as though i'm going to have to send in another set to replace the one that's been sitting around for so long.
i'm thinking that will happen about mid-november.
i'll find the disk from the replaced set to show you guys some pictures too, sometime.
in the meantime, i need an expert in excel. stat!
