ah life, how it doth change.

yesterday we had a freak 5 minute storm after a day of muggy overcast. it POURED and HAILED and the WIND BLEW SO HARD... for 5 minutes.

the streets were flooded, the hail had gathered in the yards and the power had been knocked out in various places.

on the way to a friend's for dinner, saw a branch (re: BIG branch) that had fallen on some power lines and stayed there burning. it was pretty crazy. nothing makes prettier fire than electricity.


today i register for classes and i'm stoked.
my year off from school has served me well and i'm prepared to dive back in.

unfortunate changes:

break up: for me
move out: for my roommate
divorce: for my friend


i'm navigating the choppy waters.

I just happened to be stuck in the Taco Time next to the porn shop on gateway with a school bus load of kids during that same freak storm. I have no idea where the kids were from but if the storm didn't die down when it did I may have had to kill them all.

I'm sorry about your unfortunate changes....but life needs change or else it stagnates. Even if it is change for the worse, it opens new doors.

It still sucks ass, though.

I feel like I'm so full of shit when I disperse wisdom like that (if you can even call it that), cause I'm the one of the biggest fools around! But for some Jackassed reason, I still open my mouth and say it! biggrin
