it feels good to be complimented on doing stuff. i bust my ass at work all the time, and i have been for the past 3 years. the other day the market manager for the region i work in called and was talking to the managers about one of the other employees. and he was using me as an example of a 'great employee' and he thinks that i will be ready for management this year.

I got manager of the quarter once when I worked for Hilton..

I was sorta proud of that.. seeing I was the youngest one ever to be a manager there. I rock!!!! lol
