I never knew being nice could be so painful...
I ran the store today, and the last time I ran the store I decided to have the cartman "respect my authority" attitude towards everyone and it blew up in my face, so today i decided to try to be overly nice to everyone. and now i have a freakin migrane and no voice. seriously, i've never acted as nice as i did to people like i did today since that time i ate pot brownies at work.
it sucked because there were only 3 people at the store instead of the usual 7 we have working there. so it was me, a lady that is really only good at selling, and the "new" guy that doesn't know how to think for himself and has to have a second opinion on everything. i got all the work that a normal manager would have done completed early, and spent most of the day just helping people, and being a ray of sunshine while i did it. the day ended quickly, which was good. i got home a little later than usual, but whatever, i'm home, i'm off tomorrow, and that's that.
so now i'm just hangin around the fortress watching the sox kill the cardinals, the score is 19 - 2 right now, and it's the 7th inning. i think afterwards i'm gonna watch castaway. who knows.

and thanks, i like our garage, too. but it needs LOTS of work. the doors don't really even open right now.
