Had a poop load of fun in the Motor City, despite poor Misery catching the sick bug. Weird weekend between Misery's sickness, cornink's mysterious lip bleeding, and Boatman's occasional nausea -- not to mention the group of white trash that got into a fight near the hotel's elevators (always has to be some assholes to perpetuate the myth of people with tattoos).
I got a chance to meet some very cool tattooers, and reaffirm my belief that some tattooers are pompous assholes with egos that touch the sky.
Boatman and cornink have to be two of the coolest fellas that I have met, and they are awesome artists to boot -- or maybe the other way around . Hopefully Misery will post her tattoo soon; it was the best one I saw at the convention, sans mine
OHHH Yeah...names have been erased to protect the innocent. Much thanks to Boatman for his awesome talent and time. Wish I would have gotten a chance to hang with him more, but next year -- or we might get a chance to visit him in New Orleans.
We were going to enter our tattoos in the judging, but ERADICATOR swept the awards with his wrist star tattoos.
We didn't get a chance to hang out with a lot of people that we had planned to because of Misery's sickness, but taking care of sicky Misery was more important. We did get to see some Toledo SG's. Peachy . Take care all.
