Right, so:
Yet again, after months of silence, here I am blogging in an Airport. At least having SG open on my laptop in the airport keeps the Christians with loud children at a distance. I'm delayed at the start of an epic international journey, the first I've allowed myself in years.
I'm really happy to be travelling. I need to do more of it. (Don't most Americans, though?)
Anyhow, I have the thunder-passport and comfortable shoes, and should be ready for Parisian fun in short order. All suggestions of activities and restaurants are gratefully accepted.
Perhaps my inner Hemmingway will be piqued in France, and I'll write more often. Or blow off my head with a shotgun. Either way, should be a good trip. I'm pretty freaking psyched for the company I'll be keeping.
