well ... being mostly offline for the last little while has been good to me ( ok that was just a side effect of me getting my shit together) the insomnia is at a managable level and a few things have taken a definate turn for the good. things havn't been so great for a while but recent events have put a little balance into the equation, one of which involves me being an uncle for the first time.

I hope that wasn't too obscure ..or not obscure enough. obscurity is best in moderate amounts.
