Growing up I was always extremely insecure. About everything.. my body, my hair, and especially my height. I always felt so uncomfortable being truely myself around people and had plenty of anxiety to fuel that even more so. I hid who I was, was extremely quiet if i talked at all, and never took photos, ever.
As Ive gotten older and actively started working on myself image and confidence ive found myself feeling more and more like the person ive always wanted to be every passing day.
With the history I have I feel like I can express my empathy for ppl in similar situations Ive been in, without letting the idea of receiving judgement keep me from continuing to move forward with my goals.
This industry can show you to worst in family and friends as they can be harsh and judgemental, and my biggest accomplishment is finally getting to a place where I can accept that judgement or not I will continue to be me. Tattoos, piercings, crazy makeup, barefoot baby & all.
