So I want to change my major.
Its probably not the right time to have come up with this idea. Because I am transfering to a new school next year and I dont know what I'm suppose to do about that. I'm at a two year school right now, this is my third year.......... if I change my major, I might be there even longer. Im not worried about it though, I had to read an Article on people called "Twixters" (which I have a paper due on friday about) Twixters are people in their middle to late twenties who still live with their parents, and are trying to find careers, but are in no hurry. Being a twixter isnt a bad thing. They say twixters stay at home, because they want to have their future set before going out into the "real world". They still have the security of their parents (for food and shelter and that stuff) meanwhile having the freedom of being in their mid twenties, and the freedom to test drive careers.
So back to my decision.
Why? Well the girl across the street, my best friends sister, had her independent study photo show at my old HS. So I got to see my old Art teachers. My Ceramics teacher who is one of the coolest teachers ever. (He actually met us outside of School one weekend for Chicken Wings...... yea I know its probably illegal, but its still cool.) And my Photo Teacher, he was the teacher I was closest to. I had pretty bad A.D.D. in HS, and he was one of two teachers who would talk to me about it.... and Photography came so easy for me, because snapshots take a split second. Theres nothing to study and the darkroom just became a hideout, where it was easy to and secluded, no distractions. And I'd run off pictures like a machine. The man even gave me one of the schools old enlargers just before Graduation. (2002) which I have yet to use...... maybe tomarrow I'll set it up...... after my paper..... and after my haircut. But at the show, he was telling me this was his 30th year being an Art teacher. And he still loves it. And I want that. Im doing a PR internship right now...... sure there is lots of money in Public Relations..... but honestly, I dont want lots of money.... I would not mind living on "just enough" It makes things like big purchases more special. I could just see myself making a better teacher.

I have tickets to see Lewis Black. $32.50 without Ser Charges. But explain to me this...... I already know the answer but im asking anyway........ For Mitch Hedberg, Tickets went on sale at 10am, and 10:10 that day, I purchased my tickets and received Row 2...... For Lewis Black, tickers went on sale at 10am and at 10:02 I purchased my tickets, so I could have front row seats....... but apparently 10:02 was not fast enough...... I have row 12....... WTF!!!!!! Bullshit I tell you.

T-minus 29 days.... until daniel is 21. I expect lots of SG love.

So now my ADD has kicked in. Im playing with a Ruler....... which has THREE sides... it is a triangle. And I dont feel Like finishing this post. since its longer than my usual posts........... but dont worry the "Probably not going to get any comments" factor is still strong

Stand Tall Little Soilders.
I Love You All.

YAY BUFFALO!
intrigue:
Yay! Finally someone else who can appreciate the monstrosity that is the Aud. And it seems I have a slight problem on my hands... um, I don't know how to tell you this, but I... I spent the hundred kagillion dollars on socks. frown But they're real high quality socks if that make you feel any better wink

I understand about being a "Twixter," I feel that if I'm not out on my own before to long, I'll be stuck at home with my parents forever. Where are you transferring to? And yes, its far better to be doing something you love than to be making lots of money.

I'm jealous you have an enlarger... you can make a pretty sweet darkroom in your house with that.

smile

I just had to edit this after I saw that you have "Roseanne" listed in your profile biggrin I love John Goodman, lol
