How Cool Am I?? Damn, I'm a SG friend to BOTH girls with new sets up today.
Anyways CONGRATS to Solaris on her wonderful set, and ditto for Poison
and Now for my entry:
Alright Kids Tis The Season.
I dont care what religion you are or arnt, I dont care what race you are, I dont even care if youve been in jail 13 times.
There are people in this world who are less fortunate that us. We can fork out $42 or whatever it is for a yearly membership to SG, while there are people who are living paycheck to paycheck and BARELY making it. It's the season for giving, wheather you think so or not. You may not have a lot of money, but neither do I, I work a $5.15 an hour job thats 20 minutes away for on average 20 hours a week. My Father makes only $38,000 a year and supports my family of 4, With my sister and I in College. But heres what I'm getting at. This year we "Adopted"/"Sponsored" whatever you want to called, but we adopted a little girl this Christmas. Her name is Marge and she is 6 years old. and her family is the poorest of the poor in our area. I've never met her or her family, but that doesnt matter. This little girl has nothing. her Parents cannot afford to buy her presents, so thats where we come in. We've bought her all kinds of stuff, from Pajamas to books, to games. I'm on my way later to go buy her a big Minnie Mouse stuffed animal.
We are also "Adopting a Soilder" this year, yes I do not support this war, but the soilders dont want to be there. and they need perks, So we'll be sending our soilder some ESPN magazines, some batteries, maybe a CD or two. (Maybe a SG Membership lol)
SO ANYWAYS!!!!!!
Do something this season, "Adopt a child" "Adopt a Soilder", just do something, you'll feel good about yourself.
Trust me.
