Okay.... I don't think I have ever been this livid in my entire life. I go to work this morning, pushing through even though my knee was killing me and the SM pulls me into the back room. Tells me I'll be useless if I stay and that I wouldn't retain ANY information... as if my brain is somehow hobbled by an aching knee. She keeps repeating how useless I will be (that IS the actual term used during the conversation) and when I say I would like to push through because I want to be trained thoroughly and correctly, she says, "Well, you have to tell me what you want to do. You aren't thinking clearly." I reply with an, "Alright, I guess I am not at my best, but it is your call. If you think you'll need the coverage, or if i can finish the training DVDs in the back, I am more than willing to stay. I like to do my job well at ALL times." And she repeats, "No, it's your call. Can you push through?!" with this pissy, impatient look on her face. (the same one her other assistants have on their faces all day every day )

I thought I just said I could push through- you say that I am useless and not thinking clearly...REPEATEDLY- I again! tell you that I can manage- and you still have the audacity to say it is MY CALL?!

She should just say out loud that she doesn't like or want me in her store and that I obviously threaten the little world she's created for herself within the walls of Debra's Dress Barn.

At least I received a schedule for next week in my home store. That means: a) I still have a job. And b) that I only have another 3 bloody days in that nuthouse. Thank god for small graces...Oi...


That's it! Only one thing can cheer me up after this...I'm getting gussied up and taking naked pictures...Check back later!
