It's time for the picture highlights of a random selection of events from my recent life.

We're spending some time chilling out on vacation...


I adopted Elvis this past April when he looked like this:


Now he's a pretty healthy body with lots of fun and energy.

And felt like a winner and a loser on the same night. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.

And now for the serious stuff. Remember me in and out of the hospital recently? Well, they've decided that I need to have surgery. It's major and I'm looking at being down and out for a while. Unfortunately I've done this once before, so I know what I'm getting myself into. Of course last time they weren't talking about removing nearly as much. The doc said something about needing to get her hands on one of my internal organs before she could make a major decision. Is it strange that it inspired confidence?

Thankfully I have some amazing friends locally. A good number of them through this site. The family will also be invading and some other people in my life. I am lucky to be cared for by so many people.

And now for my emo moment...



I'll try not to be too serious when you see me, but I've got alot on my mind.
