i saw the normals out today and i wished, for a moment, that i was one. i know that i wouldn't belong with the normals anyway. maybe my internal rebel wants to hang out with them just so i can reject them.
all in all i may be looking for a distraction from the fact that i need to do some mundane...

everything i feel like writing seems trivial, my problems insignificant. i can hardly believe what is happening in the southern united states. my heart goes out to all the people who are suffering in ways i cannot even imagine.

It makes me so ANGRY.
I want to find the people who are responsible, not the guys in the middle, but the ones who actually call the shots.
I want to tar and feather them. I want them punished.
The power of government comes with responsibilities, and it seems, increasingly that those in power are taking without giving back.
The ultimate treason.
On a lighter note, you should come to HIFI tonight. Some kind of burlesque/rockabilly show. It looks like fun, and if it sucks, we could always head down to broken city or something. Call us 286-7836.
Hoping to get a few people out.

Trivial is relative, I am a firm believer that there is nothing new under the sun. The here and now is ultimatly all that's important, you can drive your self mad worrying about the world's problems. That said I am devestated as well.
i am not afraid of the monster, for i know his name.
i fear the unknown. i fear the soft touch of your hand on my face. i fear the sound of your understanding. i fear the taste of your lips. i fear the sight of your smile. i fear the smell of your hair.
is this the irony that is alone?

kundalini:
Yes, the irony is that we need something that scares the shit out out of us.
you never
hear me
i scream
no sound
i listen
you are
not, deaf
i, mute.

The more that I think about it, the more lovely the idea of shagging the hell out of a demon becomes...
I feel less lonely when I wrestle with demons. Right now, I'd like to lie back and let one have her way with me.
I sense that I understand what you're expressing, but I know that I can offer no intelligent comments related to the feeling of screaming without a voice... What does one do when she feels that way?
I do not know any longer.
Oh wait, I remember now.
I wrote poetry. I filled notebooks with it...
How sad it is that I have forgotten how I came to be this way...

As am I, being alone is like playing with volitile chemicels, the reaction is unpredicteble.
kundalini:
Winged demons rush out the box much to Pandora's shock. Take one by the tail, wrestle it from the air and make love to it.
can anyone explain to me why i thought it would be a good idea to haul all the boxes out of my office closet and open them? there is a reason i could not deal with them when i moved here two years ago. ew.
The ideal condition
Would be, I admit, that men should be right by instinct;
But since we are all likely to go astray,
The reasonable thing is to learn from those who can teach.

I had my first ever pedicure a few months ago. It's my metrosexual perogative. It was certainly a treat, but the aesthetician went a bit too crazy removing caluses and one of my heels hurt for a month afterward. That being said, I'd do it again. Maybe I'll go nuts and get a manicure at the same time.

i have been looking back and looking forward.
a wise one asked me "what do you believe?" and i said "tell me, what is belief?" again, and again she asked until i cried "i believe i have the right to lead my life as i choose!"
that made me step through the door and leave the life that was my prison.

No ouch intended. More of a personal reference.
Waking Life is a must see. Run, do not walk, to your nearest video store and rent it. Preferrably on DVD.
Better yet, buy it.
You'll understand when you see it.

Thank you very much. I think it was in the 90's
but the sunshine was definitely worth the shots that I got.
How are you and nice to meet you

I wanted to stop this,
this life flattened against the wall
mute and devoid of colour,
built of pure light,
this life of vision only, split
and remote, a lucid impasse.
I confess: this is not a mirror,
it is a door
I am trapped behind.
