You know, professional wrestling is something that, if you like it in any way, is a guilty pleasure, like ABBA or those wax lips they sell in the welfare section of convenience stores.

But truth be told, this moment makes me smile a little.

Shawn Michaels (who apparently is a bit of a jerk, but also a Born Again type) sees security being overzealous dealing with a fan who hops the fence, livid over his hero being attacked.

Said fan is a Special Olympian.

Keep in mind this was a live, main event match. Austin (the bald guy) motions to the ref and points out the situation. Michaels tells security to back off, and though they interrupt it to keep the match going a small amount, fundamentally, Michaels goes over, stops security from manhandling a mentally retarded young man, and hugs him, leading him to a backstage area before continuing, to a near-ovation.

Moments like this make me smile.
