around 2am last night i heard someone fully unload ten shots. bang bang bang. r said she then heard him say "Bitch!" which made us both giggle a little. please forgive us, we're frivolous and callous females. then the police came and someone died.
i guess when i had the boy in 5 points i'd deal with a lot of drive by's, but hearing someone unload his gun on someone else was something new to these ears. not so scary but my heart beat a little faster for two minutes.
also read that bartending book by that cosmo/blommies lady. picked it up at green apple. i thought i was going to hate it from a bartender perspective, but it was the lightest reading ever and sort of nice, but dark all the same. and i found myself agreeing with the author at some points, which i REALLY didn't think was going to happen.
