Cold rain is pelting us here in what was sunny Southern CA. Drivers on the freeways suddenly forget how to drive and every road becomes congested with morons. I don't get it. I've lived in Central CA, where rain is more frequent in the winter, and Colorado at 8,000 feet where snow hangs around for 6 months out of the year. No where but good ol' sunny S. CA do you find people who either freak out and drive too slow or those who drive too fast and forget that water can be slippery.
