Finally recovered from going out last night...at 9:15 at night! Went dancing in my favorite town, Santa Barbara and experience the high I used to get when I would dance on the stages and podiums in darkened night clubs.
Watching people younger and older than me all swaying and gyrating to primal beats, clad in barely anything with alcohol lowering inhibitions to next to nothing brings one closer to god. The vibe felt when the club is packed and people are all moving to the same beat having a good time is very intoxicating.

Watching the women in the club dance together and have a good time with is one of my favorite pleasures. Guys don't do that - dance together. They stand in a corner and ogle the shapely figures or try to persuade a dance or two. Others are brave enough to go out on the floor and dance by themselves - right on. But you don't see men dancing with eachother like you see women dance with one another. Why is that?

It's acceptable to see women dance together - the sexier the better. But two guys can't dance together without being seen as gay. I never understood that.
