Embarcadero Plaza, San Francisco
San Francisco is the only North American city the Olympic torch will visit in 2008. When it passes through this week, it's important to demonstrate that not everyone here approves of the Chinese government's ongoing atrocities in Tibet and in mainland China, and its funding of the slaughter in Darfur.

Meet up:
10a: Ferry Park (between Washington & Clay streets off of Drum. Near Embarcadero 4 of the Embarcadero Center. ) Get off the BART at Embarcadero and walk toward Justin Herman Plaza. You will not be able to miss the team, really!
The torch route has been announced (& hopefully won't change), and will run 6 miles along the Embarcadero, starting at 1p, at McCovey Cove at AT&T Park, and ending at Justin Herman Plaza.

Wear your Tibetan clothes if you have any <-That's what I'm going to do
Wear your Tibetan solidarity black ribbon
Bring your Tibetan flags, banners, and signs
